Buyer Responsibility: When a scale is used for commercial sales (charging customers by weight), many states/localities require inspection and certification by the appropriate Weights & Measures authority. EatNnet is not responsible for local Weights & Measures rules, inspections, fees, or approvals. To avoid delays, please contact your local office and schedule any required inspection/certification for your area.
