The refrigerated prep series from Pro-Kold Refrigeration allows users the ability to house multiple ingredients for food prep at arm's length, which speeds up prep and operations and keeps employees focused on the task at hand. The PPT 44 01 has undercounter storage space for dough, and can also house additional ingredients. The unit is refrigerated throughout the undercounter and upper ingredient rail to ensure freshness and quality of product throughout the work day.
